Request deletion of your data

1. Email hello@promoterintelligence.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address you use to sign in to Promoter Intelligence and the client or organization name associated with the request.
3. For Meta data deletion, include the relevant Meta Business, ad account, Page, or Instagram professional account name or ID, if you know it.
4. Tell us whether you want deletion of your user account, a client connection, Meta Platform Data, uploaded creative material, or all data associated with your organization.

You can also remove Promoter Intelligence from your Facebook or Meta settings where the app appears in your connected apps. In Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove Promoter Intelligence if it is listed.

Removing the app from Meta stops future access where Meta supports that removal. To delete data already stored by Promoter Intelligence, send the deletion request email described above.

• Meta access tokens or connection credentials we control.
• Meta account, Page, campaign, ad, creative, and insight records associated with the disconnected client connection.
• Uploaded creative files and ad submission records associated with the deletion request, unless the client needs them retained for legal, contractual, audit, or dispute reasons.
• User account records where deletion is requested by the account holder or authorized client administrator.

We will acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days. We will delete or anonymize eligible data within 30 days after verifying the request, unless we must retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, platform compliance, billing, audit, or dispute resolution reasons.

Backup copies may remain in encrypted backups until overwritten through normal backup cycles, usually within 90 days.

If an authorized user used Promoter Intelligence to create or publish ads, creatives, images, videos, or campaign objects inside Meta, those objects may remain in the client's Meta Business account. The client should manage or delete those objects directly in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, or the relevant Meta tool.
